  • Thank you, it does help! I think i will definitely order the pump set. I took that class before and I loved it. Maybe p90x after that (no chin up bar). :)
  • I know right?? Thought Jessica Biel has a great body too and she is curvier. A 22 waist is just impossible for me. I do think measuring is a much better way to track progress. I get so depressed by the scale . lol. And I measure everywhere. Right now my goal is to tone my thighs and bum more because as a pear thats my…
  • Paul Wesley!!! Hot hot hot!! Ian too! And the Hemsworth brothers are wow as well.
  • Yeah I totally understand that, Ive always hated the big hips even though it used to be considered sexy to have such a difference between waist and hips. Hopefully it will become sexy again, lol. I wish I could get my waist a bit smaller but again it probably would be if I just get that tummy tuck. ;) I am doing Jillians…
  • I agree with ncl1313, thats how I measure as well. :)
  • You have the ideal body type!!! I would love to have a bit more on top, lol. Good luck to you too!! We can do this!! =D

For a medium frame I think the 27-29 would be perfect!!! I guess ideal measurements…
  • Thank you!! Ive almost completed my first week and I love it. I will post my results at the end of 60 days and then 90. Would you recommend P90x and Insanity or Pump? Im looking to get much more defined. :)
  • Les Mills Combat - Combat 60 Love it!!!!!!!!!

[/quote] Im confused on this as well tinah1126. So I shouldnt be sticking to a 1200 calorie…
  • We will be heading there in June from Fort Wainwright. Would love to have some workout buddies!
  • I am a big fan of kickboxing and I really love this dvd. Its fun and it has 3 different videos on it, one targeting upper, one lower and one core. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. :) And 20 minutes each is easy enough to hurry and fit in on a busy day. :)

  • Hey Everyone!!! First time on message boards. Would love to have some support and someone to talk to about weight, fitness etc besides my husband whom Im sure I annoy. lol. • Let me know what you did if you get down that far. Ive been trying for months and I havent broken into the 120's. ;/ Im currently 133 and stuck.
  • Must definitely depend on body type. I guess I have a small frame, Im 5'8 and Im smaller on top and have wider hips and thighs. I am currently 133 but would love to be 125(not sure its going to happen, maybe thats too low for me?). I felt I looked too big 140 and up. Generally happy with how I look now and I fit 5/6 in…
