Only 9 more days to go squatters My 185 will be done when I get home and just to let you know I did them while I was away visiting family this past weekend.

Woo Hoo half way to the end. Tomorrow is a rest day I did my 135 yeaterday and will do my 140 today

There is already a group for the May squat challenge. Do we all want to join that one or do you want me to start threads here everyday? I don't mind starting the thread as it would keep me honest in doing them as well. Let me know.

I will start a new thread each day for this challenge I think that will be the easiest. Then everyone can check in and discuss how their progress is going and such.

Details are on page 2 of this topic. I will re-post them again tomorrow to get us all ready for Wednesday. I want to thank everyone for the great response, this is my first time running a challenge like this. I can see adopting it for lunges, crunches, and other exercises.

Not sure what you mean? I am not going to use weights as it will be tough enough for me to do them as it is. :smile:

Not really sure how to form a group but I will start a 'topic' each day if that is ok. That way we can all check in at different times of the day.

The first day you start with 50, then 55, then 60 and so on. You can do them however you like as I know I could never do 50 all at once. Yes it is the one that is floating around facebook. Seems I can't paste it here so I will just write it out: Day 1 50 squats Day 2 55 squats Day 3 60 squats Day 4 Rest Day 5 70 squats Day…
