Love Zumba myself. I go 3 days a week and find my legs are the most sore. My arms are sore too however after the class I do weights so I'm not sure if its the weights or the class or a combination. Sorry I couldn't be of help.

Awesome job!! I was around the same weight as you to start and hoping to be where you are today but its a slow process for me. I seem to be toning up but not dropping too many pounds. Only 3lbs so far, thanks for motivating me to keep going though! You look great.

You'll get there don't worry!! First off, I would recommend using 3lb weights since that is what she uses in her video and that's more reasonable especially when just starting out.
