I made a smoothie with 125ml semi skmmed milk,a weight watchers strawberry yoghurt,50grams of frozen raspberries and a small banana :) made a huge glass and it was delicious,don't quote me but I think it came in at around 250 calories.

I've never had brilliant skin but I've been using Lush Dark Angels cleanser for a couple of weeks and my skin has improved no end! Really deep cleanses and exfoliates too,not crazy about the smell or the fact that its black (nightmare for white bathroom sinks!) But hey,I suffer for my beauty ;) haha hope this helps! Xx

Morrison's do little packets of loveliness called tuna tasters,not many calories and lush :-) They're kind of like a seasoning thing you mix in with tuna,not brill on the salt front so maybe not for every day but OK once in a while! I like the jalapeno and lime one with wholewheat pasta Xx

I'm cooking a chicken and lentil curry right now! Its worked out at 225 cals per portion,430 with half a bag of boil-in-the-bag rice. I used 100g (dry weight) of lentils for 4 portions,so 25g for one serving,and it makes it so much more substantial for not very many calories :-) Xx
