Last time I tried I couldn't do any!! I've never been able to any in my entire life either.

Only weigh yourself on one of them. When I got a new scale I instantly gained 3kg :( But I just put that as my new weight, because I won't use the other one again. And anyway those 3kg aren't my problem lol, I need to lose much more.

You just eat some. :) No harm in having a bad day with treats sometimes, just don't overdo it. I definitely eat more 2 days before my period is due, but I try to not overdo it. I'm always very irritated in these 2 days and eating chocolate helps. Do try to buy kids size bars though, not 300gr bars lol

I don't eat all of them, because I found it makes me me gain weight or stay the same if I eat all of them. I might eat 100-200 cal more though on a good days of exercise or exercise a bit more when I ate too much. I think different things work for different people? Just find out what works for you.

The problem here is that they don't mean to be cruel. They really think you're pregnant. If this would happen to me I would definitely be upset aswell,but the point is that they meant to be nice,so just try to forget about it. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I've added you. :smile:

I found that totally depriving yourself just makes you go insane after some time. Maybe allow yourself 1 chocolate bar a week or something like that?

A smaller plate or bowl can help. And small spoons/forks help aswell. I think you will get used to it after a while to be honest.

It will help if you're on a low calorie diet yes. Because obviously strawberries are low calorie food that fill you up and low calorie even if you eat lots of them. I don't think it has any fat burning abilities though. But it helps in filling you up and keeping your calories low,so in that sense it does.

It's so strange how people can be so unsensitive towards fat people. They would feel sorry for an anorexic person,but not for an obese person. I don't need to lose 200,but I was morbidly obese when I started my weight loss journey,so maybe I can support you. I had a BMI of about 45-46. I was 313 pounds @ 5ft 10. Right now I'm 121.6 kg/ 268 pounds. This site is great to get support.

Don't worry,,, if you eat 3500 calories over your allowance of maintaining you'll gain 1 pound. Which isn't that much to be honest is it? It might appear like you gained some weight though,because if it was salty you might retain some water. Just get up and start again :)

190 grams seems a bit over the top. It might have been about 100gr though, but not likely more. Maybe there was just less than 500gr in the box?

If it smells awful then I'd go to the dr again as that sounds like an infection. You might need antibiotics.

I have had the same problem sometimes. I go to sleep early when this happens aswell.

It might be a group of people who all have eating disorders? Then they would congratulate eachother for eating 300/400 calories. Not very healthy though.

lol sounds very familiar:wink: This happened to me when I was too restrictive. When I loosened up a bit,it got better.

Have you tried EA active 2? It's better than YourShape in my opinion.

I do EA active 2 on the kinect ,but I have YourShape aswell. EA active is better though,because you can make your own workout. There are certain things I hate doing.

I don't think I could live without carbs:laugh: I did notice that I wasn't eating enough protein lately (probably never had enough to be honest) so I did add more protein to my diet,but I love carbs too much to go on a low carb diet :smile:

That is so true. I use tiny bowls for snacks like nuts/dried fruit and it appears to be a lot more than if you put it in a bigger bowl. Strange how our mind works:laugh:

I'm limiting myself to about 1700-1800 calories and trying to exercise more. I don't eat low carb/low fat/high protein or anything. I just eat normal things, but portion controlled. I allow myself treats whenever I feel I need them to not feel deprived. I don't think you can keep it up for a long time if you are following…

Aren't they on a 1200(female)/1500(male) diet? And probably high protein aswell.Like that you'd build up a HUGE calorie deficit I think. I think it would be very difficult to keep it up when they have finished the program. I did read about some gaining back all the weight.
