Sorry everyone for my low calorie burns of the last days. My little boy was sick and I'm just too tired to start to exercise right now. But I will make up for it as soon as possible, I promise. :)

It re calculates automatically with every 10 pounds/5kg that you lose.

Did you try if it is accurate to what MFP gives you with for example walking? Because that should be correct I think I don't think what MFP gives me for walking (slow pace) is too much, 295 for 1 hour I think. (I weigh 258)

But the occasional day of McDonalds does no harm. I would still say 'well done' if someone only had McDonalds food,but did stay under their goal,but doesnt normally do that. Because it's good to eat portion controlled. That takes some effort.

I can't eat anything fried anymore!! It's like my body is rejecting it. I used to looooooooooooooooooooooooove veggie burgers,but the last time I had one (few months ago) I felt SICK afterwards. It was very strange to be honest,but it did make me go off them totally. Won't be buying them again. I do love french fries…

I can walk now for long distances without getting out of breath. And climb stairs aswell :)

i don't comment on people's diaries if I can't see it and and also not if they were under 1000,because I don't think that's very healthy most of the time and that could encourage bad eating habits.

What about a multi vitamin effervescent? They have them here in the UK anyway. I don't likr tablets either, but can't eat the jellies because I don't eat gelatin.

I'm 5ft10 and my goal weight is 74.9 kg/165 pounds,because that's a healthy BMI (23.9) and because I've been that weight before.

I had a look at your food diary and I have a question,,, do you feel any better when you have a bigger breakfast? And how much water are you drinking? I think you need to add more filling snacks. I find that fruit makes me hungry. A high fibre cereal bar might be better? It's worth a try anyway?

I have the same problem. I eat loads of chocolate when I'm tired/stressed. Feel free to check my diary for the last 2 days :laugh: People usually advice to go for a walk or exercise if you feel like that,but for me that doesn't work. So can't really help you with how to get over it. Sorry.

First time I had this I was very worried aswell!! So don't feel silly for asking :smile: At the time I checked on google and found it was quite common.

I agree that 300 calories isn't that much. On most days I burn a lot more.

I always have this after I used my stationary bike. So it's probably normal. :smile:

I only add cleaning if it's something I don't do often like clearing out cupboards/toys.

I think it might work as a laxative?? Anyway, I don't think there is a quick fix for weight loss. You'll need to do it the healthy way and be patient. If there was a quick fix, no one would be overweight!

Ooooooh I hadn't looked at your water intake. Definitely try to drink some more. I read it's good to drink half your body weight in ounces. I'm aiming for 130 ounces,because I'm around 260 pounds.

You know, before I wasn't able to eat these foods in moderation. Because I though it's wrong to eat it while being on a diet and it had to be cut out completely. But I fit it in my daily calorie allowance right now, it's doing me no harm weight loss wise and I'm happy that I can eat what I want. Because I'm in this diet…

I couldn't do this. I would stop dieting totally. Unfortunately I've tried this before. But if you can do it, then go for it :) But I personally think everything in moderation is fine.
