How many calories are you eating? Do you fit in your favourite snacks in small portions? If you're not,try that. That should prevent you from feeling deprived and keep you on track.

Peanut butter sandwiches or Cheese sandwiches :)

A wardrobe full of new clothes!!

She's your mother, ofcourse you have to help her!! But you do need to find out what the problem is. What is she spending the money on? Is she just very bad at budgeting? Tell her it's a good idea to make a list of where the money is going every month. That way you can see where the money is going and find a solution to…

I found out yesterday that I love blueberries!! I always thought they didn't taste nice, but decided to try them.

I had about 50% to lose. My starting weight was 142kg, my goal weight 74.9 kg. You can do it, I will add you :)

I found that the weight limit of stationary bikes isn't right. My bike is supposed to take up to 100kg,but I was 142kg when I started and I'm still over 100kg and it doesn't have any problem with me  Stationary bikes are usually quite strong. Not sure why they put weight limits if they obviously haven't tested it.

Don't worry , you're not overeating, so it should go soon. Are you drinking enough water? It's very hot where you are. Are you using too much salt maybe?? Salt can make you retain water aswell.

I gain about 5kg when I have my period. It then comes off again 2 days after my period finishes. How often do you weigh yourself? Did you gain weight while being on your period before??

I do think it's about someone's gender aswell, but anyway you don't have to agree with me. That's just what I think.
-
I do think it's very bad for a man to offend to his wife or girlfriend. He's supposed to make her feel good whatever her size is.

Men and women think different. I definitely think that men are more easily seduced by a beautiful woman than the other way around.
-
First of all, you don't even look anywhere near fat!! Second of all, maybe this is a male/female thing? I think women don't mind so much if their partner gains some weight. I wouldn't mind anyway. I wouldn't even mention it,unless it got to the extremely obese range and in that case it would be about health, not looks. I…

I'm quite sure the 237 seems right. I'd go for that if I were you. I did that the same problem with cooked rice. Many different caloric amounts.

Why don't you save some calories in the daytime to eat something nice in the evening?? And buy the snacks beforehand? ('healthy' crisps, breadsticks, nuts, small chocolate bar etc) That way you can still have some snacks and enjoy yourself while not feeling deprived. Drinking water can help aswell,,but if this is a daily…

How many calories are you eating and how much do you need to lose? And how much are you exercising?
-
What about baked crisps? They're lower in calories and quite tasty once you get used to the taste. ( I didn't like them in the beginning, but I do now)
-
I was going to say that, fat isn't bad. Everything in moderation is fine in my opinion.

I just really like it,I don't think I'm addicted, because I'm ok with eating some chocolate a few times a week or sometimes a funsize bar daily lol. Hot chocolate might be a good substitute aswell? It has the chocolate taste, but not the calories.

I completely understand you. But look at it from the bright side, losing 2 pounds per week is classified as healthy, which is good. And also, if you lose it at this rate, you're less likely to have extra skin?? If you lose weight quickly you'll most likely have that (think gastric bypass). You WILL get there, but it takes…

I weigh myself daily. This way I see the monthly gaining and losing it again pattern, up to 10 pounds with me!
-
Good advice, but easier said than done?
-
I know them  My problem ist that I prefer Galaxy  and I don't think they do tiny bars. So I do buy the freddo frogs sometimes
-
I've added you. Our weight is similar.
-
I think that if it fits in their calorie allowance, then there isn't a problem. People all like different kinds of food and drinks and drinking soda is not the end of the world. At least it isn't for me anyway. Everything in moderation.

I suddenly realised I have to be a better example for my children.
