OK What does Bump mean... I've been seeing it around and don't know what it means or stands for. I'm not good with the first letter of every word lingo. I know some of the basics like WTG and GJ and LOL (duh) but most of the rest I haven't a clue, can some one please fill me in.

I at least try 5 days of juicing so you can decide if its for you. lots of apples, I use apple in just about every juice.

Just about any greens a good to juice, you should definately try it at least for one meal like you said and see how it goes for you. Good luck to a new healthier you.

If you do celebrate just watch what you eat and make it small portions. Maybe you can celebrate with something healthy to eat, keep away from junk. Try to anyways

Day 5 everyone and wow....Something weird happened... i was about to take a shower when all of a sudden I decided I needed to jog in place. so weird, i did it for about 10 mins then I realized I needed a shower and thats what I was suppose to do. So far the only veggie recipe I like is: about 2 cups of Kale and Spinach 2 apples quarter of a beet with a little bit of parsley I love all the fruit juices i make, except watermelon...I Love watermelon, but for some reason not as a juice 2 apples a bunch of green and red grapes strawberries and blueberrys YUM!!!

Dinner was Kale spinach, carrot and an apple juiced. At first it wasn't that bad, but now I'm not to found of this veggie juicing, but I must continue to press on. No head ache today, just a lot of Hunger pangs... I'm just drinking water to help with that...
