  • I know what you mean Mich1902, Unfortunately my Gym is small, but enough for me to lose weight, we don't have classes and they don't have trainers. Which is disappointing. If you find out anything from your trainer, please share if you can, love to hear what they have to say. Thanks
  • Why was the other post locked? weird... anywho I am glad everyone is doing so well. Keep at it. I am going on Vacay this Friday won't be back for a week, so I won't be on here during that time.
