    Hi all! I'm in!

Day 1: Blonde hair and blue eyes, 5'3", CW: 136lbs

Week 3 of ChaLean Extreme and loving it!

Day Two: I don't mind my height. I am the tallest female in my family so I'm lucky in that sense. Wouldn't complain if I was a couple of inches taller though... lol.

I'm about 5'7", and I like my height. Any shorter and I'd need a step stool to kiss my 6'4" husband!

Go to above website to see a picture, it doesn't show the face of the women, but it would be nice to be that size.

    Great Idea!

    Day One:

Stats: Female 25 years old, 215 pounds, Brunette/Brown Eyes

    Day Two:

    Height - 5'3 wish I was a bit taller maybe 5'5

    Day Three:

    Picture of my Thinsperation:
This I am not too sure about - I will need to think about it. I would tend to lean towards a more curvy/fit person then an super thin person.

    Day Four:

Greatest Fear about weight loss - that I will never get to the goal I want.

    Hello everyone!

Day Three- A picture of your thinsperation. What features do you like about this person?

I don't have a specific "thinsperation". I just want to feel comfortable in my own body and be happy with myself. I certainly don't want to look like an air-brushed super thin model... Just someone who is fit and healthy.

Day Four- Your greatest fears about weight loss.

One of my greatest fears about weight loss is not doing it in a healthy way. I'm a pescetarian (essentially that means that the only meat I eat is fish once or twice a week) so I have to be very careful that I get all the nutrients my body needs. I'm also afraid that once I go back to work in the fall, I will fall out of routine and go back to old (and not so great) habits. I'm moving to another country in just over a month so it is really going to be a challenge for me to keep up with my exercise routine and eating healthy while juggling a new life and career.
