Why not gradually increase calories? Since you are using a nutritionist, perhaps ask that person, if you haven't already.

Timing of meals is important. Any starchy carbs (rolled oats, quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes(yams)) put them around workouts. Fish is great but other lean meats are fine too (remove skin, visible fat before eating). Vegetables of the fibrous kind are good. Fruits, berries in particular good. Have some protein with each…

Wendler 5/3/1 gradually builds up strength. There are different variations.

The pool lockers where I go require key with safety pin. I did notice some people brought bags into pool area, so maybe that's what they are doing. Maybe I could pin it to my flip flops I wear to the pool edge.

thank you conniekat8, will do

Thanks for the tips. The flags are only across pool when the Spartan swim team is using it, then only 1 lane is available to everyone else, so not a good time to swim. I will see if I can find something on the ceiling to guide me.

Get that stuff out of your house. Prepare food ahead of time & package in portion sizes. Before putting food into mouth, log it to check calories & macro it falls within. If it doesn't fit, don't. Drink water 1st when you think you are hungry. Decide health is important & plan to succeed. Best of luck.

go by what the tape measure says.

62" tall, 36A bra, 24.75" waist, 34.75 hips. 112 lbs. CW. I lift weights so I widened my shoulder circumference & my hips have become narrower, waist smaller. Pear shape no more!

do what best fits your schedule. As long as you are not trying to do lifting right after cardio you are good.

thanks for posting. Love it!

Awesome! Well done.

Yes it can be wore in water. Look at the user manual near the back. My calorie burn for AquaFit would not necessarily be the same as yours, as it is based on my age, height, weight & how much effort I put into the class. I'm currently: age 60, 62" tall, 112 lbs. I usually burn at least 300 cals in a hour class. Part of the…

I haven't used ear plugs so far, but may do so once I research them more. I just pull my bathing cap down over ears. I got a bathing cap that says it's for long hair so it isn't tight fitting. If my ears feel uncomfortable after swimming I put ear drops in them which helps.
