I get bruises to even from just holding the bells in the rack postion. Just the pressure of them against my arms causes a bruise. I bruise easily as well! I know the girl that instructs the class uses gel arm bands - I would look into getting those.

Gone like the wind I tell ya! They are the first thing to go on me. Now that I am close to my goal weight they are non-existant and I used to be an E cup. All the chest flies, etc in the world aren't going to bring them back. But, I've been trying to lower my BF% so I expected it. (last time I checked it I was at 18% now I…

Bump I'm in the same situation. I didn't lose a massive amount of weight but have loose skin. Interested in seeing what others have to suggest. (Ah to be younger again - I remember when this wouldn't have been a problem...) :ohwell:

First when I was 26, second a few months before I turned 35! Doctor kept saying 'you're giving birth before you're 35 right?' Otherwise it meant more tests.... My first child was brought up in a much stricter fashion than this second one. Now I don't sweat the small things. Ice cream for breakfast once a year while camping…

Ambrosia! They can be tough to find so I will settle for Gala if I have to....

For: - giving me two of the most awesome children on Earth and being such a great Dad - asking me repeatedly and waiting 13 years for me to finally say 'I do' - putting up with my crazy, large family - with all of the quirks - listening to me rant about work on bad days - dancing with me! - working out with me - oh how I…

I use it, not as a weight loss tool really. I NEVER eat breakfast so I chug down a glass as my breakfast to make myself feel better about not missing 'the most important meal of the day'! LOL. It does taste good - if you like the taste of white cake batter you will love the sweet cream mix. I started using it because I was…

bump - have to read after my workout!

I've never tried Enell but appears I should - I do echo the Lululemon TaTa Tamer - awesome. I have friends who run (and are more 'gifted' than I presently am) and they all say that is the only bra they run in. Good luck!

I did that once... and only once! Make sure get enough protien and take your vitamins/supplementsto help your body heal. Do a nice long stretch routine and if you have a foam roller, use it. Moving around and warming up those muscles will help reduce the feeling and again, when you are warm stretch it out. Learn from this…

40 year old mom of 2 in Regina SK here! Only been on MFP for about 2 weeks - so far, so good! Maybe this awesome winter we are having is helping to motivate me. Middle of January, hardly any snow and pretty mild temps - I'll take it!

I've done P90X a few times as well. As stated before you won't bulk up. If you are 'out of shape' you could try doing the 'lean' version of the program (when you get the package you will understand) for the first month and then I would highly recommend switching to classic (or doubles) to see even better results. By doing…

I'm glad you started this thread as I have the same problem. I find myself 'calorie loading' at night, which I think is horrible, just to get close to 1,200 calories. (One day I ate some cookies just to get me to 1,000.) I think my problem is that at work I take in a lot of high protein/low calorie foods such as protein…

I just posted something like this to another post and have the product still sitting beside me so this is easy! I used Waxy Maize Maxx by Maxx Essentials for a recovery drink. I only used it after plyo and legs & back. Those were the ones that left me feeling a bit trashed! I only used one scoop rather than the 2…

I've done P90X a couple of times it works great, for me anyway! It's my first day of P90X2 today. Anyway - for a recovery drink when I did P90X I used Waxy Maize Maxx by Maxx Essentials - used the orange flavor (that's what my husband liked - tastes like an orange drink!) The instructions said to use 2 scoops in 700 mls…
