I think that the focus on sugar is good only in as much as it makes us aware of the 'hidden sugars' in processed foods. I love being able to monitor my sugar consumption via myfitnesspal just as I do fat, protein & carbs in general.:smile:

Only eat if you're hungry, not because you're supposed to. I still suffer from making sure my plate is empty when my stomach is definitely full! It's hard to get over a life time of eating habits, but that's how to lose weight and keep it off. :smile:

I have every weekend off but I don't overdo it. I still watch what I eat but I don't count calories, and I still manage some weight loss each week. I've also had the odd week off if I'm on holidays. I might put on a bit of weight but I've usually lost that within a couple of weeks. I think the main message is to give…
