Surprisingly, Meijer has a pretty good plus size section when it comes to workout clothes. (if you have Meijer by you, It's a Midwest thing)

So Since I ate 500 cals for lunch, and pretty much every meal - does that make me smarter? LOL I don't think I could just eat 500 cals or less. Unless i have a stomach virus. But other than that - looks like I will always have enough to fuel my brain!

I took a day off this weekend and did not log. I recently switched my diary to public, but that was not a good move. So I am back to private, so it is for my eyes only, and that way I can honestly log. I just can't let go of what others may think. I know this way I will log on the worst days!

Thanks maximal life for the insight. I found on the weeks I ate my exercise calories, I did lose more weight! Seems easier to maintain this as a lifestyle this way.

So I was told if you do eat your exercise calories - it defeats the purpose. Obviously your heart likes it, but if you do eat your exercise calories - will you not lose weight? I am sort of confused about those numbers. I get that if you burn more calories than you eat - you will lose weight - but doesn't MFP calculate…

I could lose 150 pounds and still be at some people's nightmare weight, so yeah....I know how it is!

Hi I have about 150 pounds to lose (but would be happy losing 100)....would be nice to have a buddy who understands the challenges I face, having this much to lose.
