The packaging specifically says one serving is a pan-fried 15g slice

I weigh every single thing I eat down to the gram and I couldn't imagine using MFP without doing so... It's not compulsive or disordered behavior - it's just meant to keep logging as accurate as possible.

Aside from the first day, absolutely. My cramps on the first day are always so unbearable and for whatever reason the exercise doesn't help, I wish it did!

Absolutely agree with this. I'm nearing on 95 pounds lost and I have days where I feel like I've lost nothing. They're very important, imo. Losing weight is as much a mental process as it is physical and sometimes we need that reminder of where we started.

My weight was stuck for several months and I finally lost 4 pounds last week. I was expecting a pound or two gain from yesterday because I ate too much because my body clings to the weight and gains easily but nope. Down another pound. Strange, strange body.

As hard as it is for me not to - no. However, I am going to watch my portions and try not to overeat.

Your calorie burn is a lot greater with running. On days that I can't handle running, I walk at a steep incline and it gets my heart rate up just as high and boosts my calorie burn. I second having a good playlist. I find it's so much easier to run with fast paced, upbeat music. I used to hate running and I never did it.…

I've been stuck for about a month even though I've been consistent with logging/weighing my food and switching up my exercise. I hadn't really thought to double check against packaging labels until reading this thread last night. I was curious and tried it this morning. The bagel thins I typically use were 2g less than the…

I was a 28 and I'm now a 14.

A ridiculously expensive wardrobe. It's been really hard to resist buying new clothes but I've purchased new pants as they get loose. I've had to buy cheap clothes and whatever has fit for my entire life and I'm so done with it. My new wardrobe is going to be quality over quantity.

My diary is kept private because I use the note section as a personal journal. I vent when I'm frustrated and write down what I can work on. I feel like I couldn't be totally honest if I knew that other people were reading it.

Really obnoxious and upbeat pop music.

Saw this posted on Blogilates. I'm sorry that someone tried to steal your success. You look fantastic though, congrats on the loss.

Having small portions of "bad food" that I'm craving stops me from binging or throwing my entire week. It keeps me on track. I don't keep those things lying around, though. It's usually something that I can bring home and just have once.
-
I've found that it's cheaper... I bought a $12 pack of organic chicken which is enough for at least 4 meals. I would've spent that on ONE large meal of fast food.
-
I've only had to replace my pants so far. I try to wear them for as long as I can but once they start falling down, it's time to go. I plan on buying a few things as I need them but I won't replace my wardrobe until I'm near my goal.

There's no point in trying to trick the scale into giving you a lower number because it's not a result of actual weight loss. It kind of seems like a waste of time to play games with the scale and falsely log your progress...

The majority of my weight was lost without exercise but I don't recommend it. Eventually you'll hit a plateau. You're a lot less likely to have excess skin or end up "skinny fat" if you work out from the beginning. I've started now but I wish I had started from day one.

I've been trying not to buy new clothing but I do this sometimes with jeans. When my old pair gets too big, I buy a new pair that fits and then another pair in the next size down for motivation. It's an amazing feeling when you keep trying them on and they finally fit.

You look like a completely different person! Congrats!

When I was checking out at the store, I went to put my phone into my pocket. My pocket was WAY further down than it should've been and I froze when I realized that my pants had been slipping down! They were snug about month ago. I have another pair of jeans in the next size down that I've been trying on every few weeks. 6…

Absolutely. I know that a lot of people are against it but I'm young - I want my body to match my age. I don't know what my body is going to look like after I lose the weight but I fully intend on correcting any loose skin or sagging.

I've been overweight my entire life. When I was really young, I didn't even realize that I was fat. Weight and appearance weren't things that I cared about - I was busy having fun and being a kid. And then I entered middle school and suddenly both of those things became a huge deal. I was teased relentlessly and went from…

I had to cut fast food out entirely but I was eating a lot more than just a small order of nuggets and fries. Maybe get it down to a once of week treat? I would be more concerned about what's really in the fast food and how it's prepared than the sodium, honestly. It's truly up to you, if it's not having a negative impact…

It's been pretty accurate for me. I make a note with the predicted weight on a day that's 5 weeks from whenever I track it. I'm always within 1-2 pounds from it.

The majority of my weight loss has been through diet and walking. :)
