I think I may be the only man to admit that I am doing the 30 day shred. I have been a weight lifter all my life but this is tough and I hope to see results. I am only on day 2. It really is a great full body workout.

your body needs to rest! Working out everyday with out a rest day is counter productive. The body needs the rest to rebuild the muscles. I run Mon, Tue, Thur, Friday and take Wed and the weekend off. I have improved all of my runs by doing this. Once football season ends I will be back to 6 days a week. But the rest is…

you have to try to get the quad and hamstring as strong as possible. With either leg extensions and hamstring curls. use light weight but keep working those muscles. once you have surgery your leg muscles will atrophy (get small/weaker) hope this helps

For me getting my workout done in the morning makes me feel so much better during the day. I like the feeling of having my workout done. Once you get use to getting up early you will wonder how you had not been doing this all a long.
