Oh my gosh! That was sooooo me a few months ago. I kept buying them and trying different ways to fix them. I craved them and hated every bite. Then I learned I was anemic, started taking some iron and no longer craved those nasty little things, lol.

I just started this morning with the same program on my off days of the c25k. I was just trying to find out how many calories i burned as well. Hopefully somone out there will know, otherwise my diary is going to look bad today, lol.

Are you weighing yourself at the same time each day? Our weight fluctuates throughout the day, so make sure you are weighing in at the same time and wearing the same type of clothing. Do you have any underlying health issues? A weight gain of 5 pounds over night is alarming to hear in my line of work.
