Feel free to add me! I'm barely 5'1", 38 yrs old. I've been trying for 1350 calories and failing, but I'm changing that to 1200. I really need to lose about 50 lbs. I'm at my highest weight now. SW:171.2 lbs GW: 120 lbs. Heck I'd take 145 hehe

Hi, I used the elliptical 80 % of the time and also went on long walk/runs 20% of the time. I did that about 5-6 days a week for 45 mins-1hr. I used the moving handles everytime on the elliptical and i found it to be effective on my legs for toning and my upper body as well. I did add some squats now and then too. This…

You sound Very motivated! My goal weight is 125 lbs but once i get there i'll see how i feel. I may want to lose more, i just haven't weight less than that since highschool. Fit test complete and I am in worse shape than I thought, in cardio and in strength. Especially strength. I have issues with foot pain from the jumping around and ankle and wrist pain, but I'm determined to stick with it even if it means more breaks and a much slower pace. I will only get stronger. 59 more days to go!
