I gained 60 pounds when I was pregnant. I felt absolutely awful in all honesty. I never had to pay attention to what I ate before, so I didn't really put restrictions on what I could or couldn't eat. I ate when I was hungry (which was more than normal HAHA) I am now weighing in less than before I got pregnant. It was a lot…

I understand. I used to be 120 lbs. After I joined the military, I gained 20 lbs. My husband has always been a small guy and weighs about 125 lbs. Once I got pregnant, I gained 60 lbs. I am back to the 140s but image of myself is pretty low considering I am constantly comparing my size to what I was, and my husbands small…

I'm right there with you. I lost 60 so far, but i'm struggling to get over this plateau!!

I used Oxy Elite Pro because of the time restraint I had. I am in the army. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. The Army is downsizing and I needed to lose 60 pounds in 6 months. I paired it with a balanced and healthy diet as well as exercise everyday. I didn't notice much of a difference, but it did help me…

It depends. usually I just eat and don't count, but it usually just consists of energy drinks or soda. Since I started eating healthier, I don't really have too many food cravings. Sometimes I get pizza or eat a candy bar.

I used it in the past when I hit a plateau. I used it conjunction with a healthy balanced diet, exercise, and lack of sweets such as soda. I can say it helped me get over my plateaus. I would recommend it. I am thinking of starting another cycle because I have reached another plateau at 148 lbs. Do your research of course.…

This interesting. I have never tried it, but I might have to since late at night I really crave sweet foods!

Yes. Everyone is constantly complimenting me on my weight loss. I have lost nearly 60 pounds after my pregnancy. I reached my first goal which was to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I still want to lose 10 pounds. a lot of people look at me crazy when I say that. They try to tell me not to lose any more, but my…

i used to religiously eat back my excercise calories. after a month of maintaining weight i switched it up. i decided to try to avoid eating those calories as long as my defecit wasnt too low, and i am continually loosing weight noe. i understand the importance of lean mass, but the scale DOES matter. i am active duty Army…

I do the same thing. I rather under estimate. I also try to watch my heart rate and calculate the number of calories. I would like more insight on this as well

Thank you all for your support. I know it's going to be tough to lose that amount of weight, but I'm willing to give it my best. I have started to eat more than what I was. I haven't weighed myself in a few days because it only disheartened me last time.

I'm in the army as a dental assistant. Working towards being a school counselor.

This is all great information. I struggled with making my 1200 cal a day goal at first. I say the best bet is to make sure your body has the fuel it needs especially if your incorporating physical activity to your plan.

I am also struggling with this same issue. I eat a lot healthier although I treat myself to an indulgence at least once a week but nothing major just a single beer or a soda. I also do ALOT of cardio in fact I do at least an 30 minutes a day but for the most part I do upwards of an hour. It can be quite frustrating. I am…

Thank you for the reply. I will look into that.

No. I'm not a big fan of meat though. I'm still new to learning about being healthy. From the research I've done people who consume whey protein have a little leverage when it comes to weight loss, but when to take it seems to be the issue.

Thank you for sharing. It's always great to see others results from hard work paid off

So awesome, thank you for sharing. Such an inspiration to all of us.

This is very true. So far I love this community :)

I agree. I am very new to being healthier and trying to get fit. I honestly was never taught about being healthy or living a more active life style. I have just started my journey so sometimes I know my questions probably seem stupid to people who have been doing this longer. I'm open to learning and am researching…
