And to respond to OP, yes, I eat my exercise calories back. Because I earned those MFers and I'm already at between 1300-1400 calories a day, so too close to 1200 NOT to eat them back! I just estimate low on the calories burned. I'm losing weight consistently week over week, and I'm not hungry all the damn time.
-
So you gave it one week? That's not exactly a fair trial, honestly. I don't think OP should take this experience as anything other than anecdotal and based on a woefully insufficient time frame.

Listening to your music really loudly in public places (laundromat, grocery store, on the train, in an elevator, etc.)
-
I guess that would mean I'd have to consider Kim Kardashian pretty at any point in the day...
-
Ugh, gross. This makes me so mad! Also, side note, waking up pretty is not a thing. Even Mila Kunis doesn't wake up pretty. We're all kind of gross in the morning, and that's OKAY!

Me too! I can lose 16 lbs. in half an hour... can I borrow someone's sawzall? Goodbye forever, lower half of my right leg!

This is probably obvious, but opt for store brands instead of name brands. Store brands are the same thing. Literally. The store arranges to purchase a certain amount of product from the name brand companies and repackages the exact product, but cheaper because you're not paying for the brand equity. ETA: "In most cases."…

It's going well, thanks! I'm losing about 0.5 lb/week, which is just fine by me. I've been on MFP for years and it's been so incredibly helpful for lifestyle improvement. The forums are awesome. Lots of very knowledgeable (and successful) people around.

Congratulations on everything you've accomplished! You're awesome!! :)

Just tried the Beyond Burger on July 4th. I was impressed! I've always kind of liked Boca burgers, but I was looking for something that actually tasted closer to a real beef burger, and Beyond is definitely closer IMO.

Sign me up! Feels like my uterus is trying to chew its way out of my body every month.

Read this. It will help you understand scale fluctuations and make you feel better: http://physiqonomics.com/the-weird-and-highly-annoying-world-of-scale-weight-and-fluctuations/ Trust the process. Diet Mountain Dew. First person who says anything about soda being bad for me gets a fat lip!

Word. To. That. I know exactly what you're going through and it really really really really sucks. All I can do is send you hugs (upper body of course) from the interwebs. Take lots of drugs (appropriate doses, yada yada yada) and feel better soon!

Marijuana. I have nothing against other people using it, I just hate the way it makes me feel... crazy paranoid!

Are you eating your exercise calories back? The bare minimum is 1200 calories/day for sedentary women. It is very difficult to get enough nutrients like calcium, protein, and magnesium on a calorie level less than 1200. Other problems often include negative energy balance, disruption of the menstrual cycle, and low bone…

Weigh it, then subtract the "naked" cob.

I'm with @LyndaBSS. Prelogging has helped me a great deal! I plan my days in advance and usually stick to the entries because I already "know what's going to happen." I don't allow myself much wiggle room, so it keeps me on track most of the time.

People who don't pull forward to the next pump. I'm right behind you and there's no one at the pump in front of the one you've stopped at. I know you can feel my glare...

Lying on the couch listening to the storm and thinking about extra cheesy pizza. Something about thunderstorms make me want to smoosh my face into a big ol' pepperoni pie. Luckily the monsoon will prevent me from acting on my cheesy fantasy.
