Corn on the cob

I see such wild variations in calories for corn on the cob. Do people tend to weigh the cob before eating it, eat it, then weigh it after and subtract the cob weight to get amount of corn eaten and just use regular corn entry, or do you just try and decide if you have a sm/med/large cob and use one of the entries for corn on the cob?

Weigh it, then subtract the "naked" cob.6

Alternatively, the USDA database has data based on the length of the ear, and last time I checked, there was a still an MFP entry that reflected those USDA entries.

^ is what I do. The MFP entry I use: Corn, sweet, yellow, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
It came from the USDA database.0
