Maybe her husband sucks at it :D Still, I think we can all agree, it's not OP's job to step in and take care of this demanding, prego succubus (too mean?)

I'm not counting carbs or doing keto, but I've had this before (just to try something new) and it is really good!

Welcome Jennifer! There are lots of great resources to help you on your way. Check out the stickies (most helpful posts) at the top of the forum boards. Great, to-the-point info to help you cut through the BS and avoid many of the pitfalls people make when they first start out. Helped me a lot when I first logged on to…

Stop trolling.

Agree with this 100%. I've been on MFP for eight years and I always fell off the wagon after a few weeks or months. I finally started participating in the forums and it has made all the difference for me. People are supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. Lots and lots of success stories!

Welcome. This is a great article about how pretty much all diets work if you stick to them (because all successful diets result in a calorie deficit): http://physiqonomics.com/diet-adherence/ Great resources in the forums. Good luck!

No food is “good” or “bad” for weight loss as long as you’re in a calorie deficit. You could lose weight eating only deep-fried Oreos as long as you burn more calories than you consume. Unfortunately, because deep-fried Oreos are very calorie-dense (a lot of calories for a small amount of food), you’d be pretty hungry…

Read this: http://physiqonomics.com/the-weird-and-highly-annoying-world-of-scale-weight-and-fluctuations/ I think someone (maybe me?) added this link to your last post, but perhaps you didn't have a few minutes to check it out. It will answer your questions and clear things up for you.

Starburst, oddly enough. I would buy the "all reds" bag, which contained strawberry, cherry, watermelon, and passion fruit I think. I'd eat the entire bag in one day. I'm surprised I still have all my fillings.

What about Happy Scale? A lot of other forum peeps use that app. I think it does the same thing. Maybe worth checking out.

Yuck Blue box macaroni and cheese

Welcome. You don't want to restrict your diet a great deal, because that can lead to burnouts and binges. Overly restricting yourself and trying to stick to too many rules have the potential to make you miserable and, therefore, more likely to abandon your progress after a while (I'm speaking from experience). There's no…

Yuck Fry sauce (mayo and ketchup mixed together; dip your french fries in it)

Rather than removing those foods from your diet, maybe you can try adding them in ahead of time and budgeting for them? I add three oreos to my diary everyday and I keep fruit on hand as well. The fruit works about half the time when sweet cravings crop up. The rest of the time, I eat the oreos or, if I don't, I know I'll…

Too right But seriously, ACV does nothing to "detox" your body. Your body detoxes itself just fine. There are no detox drinks or diets that 1) work to remove toxins better than your body and 2) work at all.

I'm exactly like this. I don't like to be told what to do, even if it's ME who is doing the telling! I need therapy, but that aside, I've found that the fewer restrictions I put on my intake, the better success I have. The only thing I restrict is calories. I don't count carbs, fast, pay attention to macros, etc. I just…
