  • There are some great sources on the internet.. Right EVERYTHING you eat down.. Don't do a crash diet you will just gain back twice as much.. Eat as much fruits and veggies as possible! AND exercise :-)
  • As mentioned before Emergen-C works great! You add it to water and it contains such good vitamins and lots of vitamin C. Whenever I feel a cold coming on I take one in the morning, middle of the day and evening and I am good to go :-)

  • I run at 6mph (10 min mile) it is tough.. but I worked my way up there i started at 4.5.. It takes time but def a good feeling when you are done!

  • You can do it, plus I heard it boost your matabolism!! :-) anyway start slow also look into the couch to 5k program! That is how I got started! Starts you out slow and before you know it you will be running a 10k. Best of luck!
