I only add in my exercise at the end of the day - once I've finished eating. That way it doesn't skew my calorie numbers. I find that easy to keep track of.

I was disappointed too with week two weigh in. I'm glad I came across this thread though. Probably my body FREAKING out about healthy changes - so best to focus on how I feel, which honestly is way better. I know I"m making better choices and my energy levels are up. Thanks!

Hi there. I have over 100lbs to lose as well. When you selected how much you want to lose per week - what did you pick? If you picked to high a number, then your caloric intake is substantially decreased. Fresh home cooked meals are much cheaper than processed or take out.
