Have a look at dr mcdougall's diet he has some awesome success and scientifically based. He has a website with good info The high protein diets are pushed by the dairy and meat industries and that's why we have high rates of cancer heart disease etc. look up the China Study by T Colin Campbell

My 8 year old daughter is allergic to wheat dairy eggs and soy and I find it really easy to do low fat plant based meals excluding all those things as well. She eats a good GF bread without dairy and eggs and if we need to bake. Muffins or a cake I use GF baking mix flour and Orgran No Egg and I think it tastes better!…

I prefer to exercise in the eve when the littlies are in bed and evgs r my danger time for snacking- something u can't do if you're on a bike. Also, exercising in the evg burns off carbs for the day and I don't feel hungry afterwards
