Snack suggestions?

Okay so normal yogurt has like 26 grams of sugar (as does any of the flavored greek yogurts). I can NOT have artificial sweeteners, this counts truvia/stevia and agave.
What do you suggest for non-sweet snacks? I have crackers and string cheese...what else do you suggest? It would be great to have more things I can just grab a handful of on the way past the pantry etc....

For 110 calories I'm LOVING the cracker chips by Special K. They're kinda "pricy" so I have to hide them from the hubby and kiddos!

I love the roasted seaweed snacks from Trader Joe's or Costco. Of course you have to like seaweed but they are crunchy and salty. Roasted Kale chips are also yummy.0

My favorite snack these days (and sometimes it's my breakfast or dinner) is cottage cheese and Wasa Rosemary Flatbread crackers. 1/4 cup of regular cheese and 2 crackers is 130 calories and is a good source of protein. I usually have 1/2 cup for the extra protein. The Wasa crackers are a great source of whole grain and are delicious!! Happy healthy snacking!!0

Salad, make your own.
use cabbage instead of lettuce
red cabbage, green cabbage, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, cilantro, green pepper, carrots
cut small so you can eat with a spoon (hate when my salad attacks me "large lettuce pieces")
add 6-9 cashews and 6-9 almonds per 2-3 cups of salad
I use a very light vinaigrette as well (also homemade) 90% vinegar and spices
Works great! can't believe i enjoy eating salad now.....0 -
Laughing Cow cheese wedges ~ any flavor is good! ~ or Alouette light cheese spread. Both are great on crackers or celery!0
