I had to take a few days off because of a pulled muscle due to some Zumba... LOL... But just finished Day 6 and I have lost 2 lbs since I started but haven't measured yet... Everyone keep up the great work!!!

Day 4 down plus some Zumba and a few min on the elliptical, gonna get these knees strong again, everyone keep pushing through I know you will all do great...

The more you do the workout the easier they will become... Modify what you need to and just keep pushing through...
