http://askville.amazon.com/Americans-erbal-herbal/AnswerViewer.do?requestId=2241530 For the "write me" vs. "write to me"... my only guess is pure laziness.

What can you lift now? 1 pound = a Guinea Pig 1.5 pounds = a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts 2 pounds = a rack of baby back ribs 3 pounds = an average human brain 4 pounds = an ostrich egg 5 pounds = a Chihuahua 6 pounds = a human's skin 7.5 pounds = an average newborn 8 pounds = a human head or a gallon of milk 11 pounds…

That's what my husband and I did... we did NROLFW for Stages 1, 2, and a week of 3 and said "screw it".... switched to a home brew 5x5 program with the big lifts.

Musculoskeletal system = same for male or female (minus testosterone levels). Lift heavy = look awesome. p.s.

You can eat your calories whenever you want. Eating late won't slow down your weight loss. Overeating or (significantly) under-eating will. Many people eat all of their daily calories in the eight hours before they go to bed and do quite well (Google "intermittent fasting")

Is that some kind of table top game board for the gods? Eek.

No, I'm not hurting my progress, but thanks for the assumption. :flowerforyou:

I log cleaning and gardening as exercise. Why? According to my Bodybugg: Cleaning burns significant calories (even just doing the dishes and I have a sedentary day job, so I'm set for sedentary). Gardening burns HEL.LACIOUS amounts of calories (even just weeding).

Bug in food - lots of home canned/dried stuff. Bug out food - dried beans, dried meat, dried fruits, quinoa, amaranth. Fats are going to be tricky, unless there's time to make pemmican in the bug-in period Seeds (for planting in safe zone) Rice is heavy for the amount of nutrition you get out of it, but good while staying…

Suckers or Lollipops.

Tell us what you really think?  For what it's worth, I agree. The first time I ordered iced tea down south, I about died when I tasted it . The misunderstood accent translation sounded about right... *kitten* tea.

Salted Caramel Mini-Biscotti. Om nom nom.

As I understand it, our English Muffins are more like their crumpets. Muffins are just muffins. Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

HUGE variations. Some are regional. Some are local. Some are just strange people. I picked up washroom (i.e. bathroom) from trips up to Canada. It just makes more sense to me; when I'm going to a public washroom, I'm not going to take a bath, but I will wash up.

Huh... so half different.

From the west coast. To me it's all Saran Wrap, just like all soda is coke, and all facial tissues (had to think on that) are kleenex. Oh... and all sticky bandages are band-aids.

Really? Cilantro and coriander come from the same plant, but cilantro is the leaf and coriander is the seed. Two different spices with very different flavors/applications.

:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: Not quite.

Met at a Dungeons & Dragons table top game. Lust at first sight, on my part. Took him 10 months to ask me out (I had a deal with the roommate and couldn't ask him myself). A year later he proposed. A year after that we got married. Just celebrated our 3rd anniversary in March.

It saddens me, how many seem to live in fear. :flowerforyou:
