One thing I've found really frustrating with MFP is that if I search for 'Animal fat' (bacon fat, chicken fat, etc), many of the initial results are things like, 'animal crackers - low fat', etc. So there is a lot of junk to weed through before you get to the good stuff. Me! I've been eating strict paleo for over a year and I still find that if I don't really watch my quantities I won't lose fat. That's why I signed up here... back to weighing and measuring for me!
