This sounds horribly unhealthy. Consuming alcohol to gain 7 lbs = foolish. If you're trying to gain weight, eat more/lift weights. Do it slowly. Don't hurt your heart.

Yes and no. Caffeine dehydrates you by acting as a diuretic but that's only if you consume LARGE quantities of it. By large, I mean 5-7 cups of coffee, 10 cokes (which you shouldn't be drinking anyway), 4-5 energy drinks... etc.. I wasn't knocking Chick-Fil-A at all ... I love their food.. I just couldn't think of anything else since I don't eat McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc... I think Chick-Fil-A is the closest to real food (besides Chipotle) compared to other fast food establishments.

Rather than increasing water... try cutting down on the sodium. 4300mg sounds excessive and can lead to high blood pressure regardless of increasing water intake. If you can't, try to drink more than the suggested 64 oz. of water.

Nope - I'm lactose intolerant. I drink coconut, almond, or soy milk (depending on my mood). I can tolerate half and half in small amounts though... and yogurt.

I treat Christmas Day like I treat Thanksgiving Day -- quick add 2000-3000 calories and leave it at that. I do plan to run in the morning though... only because I don't want to break my running schedule.
