I have just started taking this and was only prescribed 15mg. So far I've only had dry mouth which makes me drink alot of water. I am from NZ.... 66lbs to me sounds like so much more than 30kg (even though it isnt) mind over matter i guess. Thank you all again, better head off to bed, work early and wont be able to get up..lol

omg Melaniecheeks u were right!!!!! it had me as 5 metres 5 cm tall.... what a giant i am..lol Stephvaile i can have in lbs on here, but we use kilos on our scales and is confusing me seeing it in lbs instead of kgs :)

yes its on lose 1 lb a week.... really weird as i said it was 1600cal last time all i changed was my current weight and exercise, as cant exercise as much coz of injury

yeah thought that..... but since i got barbells at home.... not willing to pay for the gym to work on my arms (which arnt the problem to lose)..lol and i put the gym on hold for 8 weeks.

hmmm wouldnt be the only symptom.... i've been checked for thyroid and come back clear for all them, but i still dont "drip" sweat, but am not really worried about it either. i get sticky sweaty in hair and lower back and boobs....thats enough for me..lol

man i did for 5 days and gained too.... and either my measurements have gone up or i had the tape measure in the wrong spot! Unfortunately i have been put into a moonboot, so cannot complete the 30DS yet! have to just do the stomach work!!

squats etc will firm ur butt up.... if ur like me and when u lose weight the butt disapppears (well flattens) swats will help it look like a butt and not like a flattened pillow :)

hmmm i just tried out that fat to fit radio tools.... its says i should lose 55lbs!!!! i have a goal of 40lb as 55lb would put me down way too low!!! to the point i would look sick

Well I just started level 1 day 1 today..... man i was sweating more than i do when i go to the gym, i thought i was gonna die..lol i have problems with my feet at the moment (have for months) so am findind the jumping jacks and jumping rope abit sore.... i am soooo useless at doing pressups...but the more i loose the more…

i'm unless with lunches too.... but i have taken a small tin of sweet chilli tuna and some crackers and dip them in at lunch. Depends where u are to what is in season.... but a peach or nectarine, museli bars (special K are 88 cal) rice crackers. hope that helps :)
