is says my calories are crazy!!!
I started in January this year, and havent been here for ages so changed my goal. I was on 1600 cal a day.... this time i have put less exercise and i weigh abit more, its telling me to have 4500 cal a day!!!!! why so high???? Crazy

exercising with a boot on????
Hey all i just started on here in Jan this year.... i lost 5kg (10lbs) in the first 3 weeks..... I have now been put into a moonboot and my half of that weight has gone back on :( Is there any good exercisers that you can do with a moon boot on? I was going to the gym, but have had to put it on hold for at least 8 weeks!…

Hi Everyone i have a question or two
What happens if i dont eat all my calories, will i still lose weight? And if i got to the gym and enter this into my diary it will give me another 399 calories to add onto the ones i already had, do i eat those too? Thank you all, i am soooo new i'm not really sure :)

Did u all start of losing fast or slow?
Hello all, I have just joined MFP in the last few days.... well the 1st of Jan 2012. I weighed myself then and then i weighed myself this morning....6 days later and i have lost 3kg (7lbs) I am presuming that this is a fast amount to lose, is it normal doing this way of eating? will it continue? I have just started going…
