What happens if i dont eat all my calories, will i still lose weight?
And if i got to the gym and enter this into my diary it will give me another 399 calories to add onto the ones i already had, do i eat those too?
Thank you all, i am soooo new i'm not really sure

Hi - Welcome to MFP
You should try and eat all your calories, as that will make sure you keep your body healthy whilst losing weight. If you don't then you weight loss could slow down as your metabolism adjusts to less calories. (There is some science of explaining this, but I'm afraid I don't know it well enough to explain properly!). Also, you might not get all the nutrients you need which is not good for your body.
Eating back exercises calories depends on how you have your settings - if it is at sedentary then yes eat them back, MFP has not accounted for you going to the gym. If however you have it set higher because you go to the gym - active perhaps then I would suggest not eating them back because their are already allocated into your daily allowance.
Good luck - and you will very soon not be a newbie!0
