I am a little under 5 feet and so yes my calories too are at 1200 than if I work out like today and burn 700 calories, It can be difficult...I have found adding a pat of butter with my morning eggs or a few almonds (since they arent incredibly filling but have a lot of calories help)......I am trying to keep my calories up…

My son has Hashis' and had respiratory problems and hives (occasionally) until we took him off gluten, Once we took him off he hasn t needed his asthma medication and hasnt had any hives....Good luck

I eat some form of eggs every morning but sometimes my husband will eat cottage cheese with tomatoe slices or left over meat from dinner.....Just dont think breakfast has to be tradtional breakfast food...

That is what i was going to suggest, up the fat just a little, a few nuts,olive oil....and maybe cut the banana out?? Yes if you decrease your carbs you need to increase your fats, Your body naturally burns Carbs first then fats and then protein....So if you decrease your carbs your body needs the additional fat for energy, Just make sure you get it from healthier fats, olive oils, nuts, avocados ets.....

I am pretty new just started week number 4 and so far love it. I am also hypothyroid and take synthroid so weight loss has always been a struggle but in the first three weeks I lost 7lbs and have a ton of energy...please feel free to add me, I would love support of a newbie who is also hypo...:)

Actually Paleo is absolutely no dairy, But Primal does allow dairy, full fat cream,butters,yogurts,cheese.....I was actually totally against trying this but wanted to find out the best way for my body to burn energy and loose fat, and it was like a switch went on....

Hi! I am only on day 5 so I cant say that I have a ton of wisdom, Yesterday I didnt feel well, tired and had a headache....I feel much better today but I keep waiting to see if the "Carb Flu" comes to visit. I would say be patient and give it a few weeks!!

So this morning, is my almost 4th day of this new eating plan, Read the article on Tue and ate more that evening and then Wed and Thursd. as much as I could..So Far lost 0.6lbs.....I was actually hungry yesterday and slept a little better...So far I say it may work...

I am going to try it today, It increases my calories by almost 800 calories but with MFP in the last two weeks I have only gained...I will let everyone know how it works out!

I agree I am gonna give it a try too, I am typically not that hungry but I can see how having to keep your body in a constant state of metabolism may work when nothing else does....I am gonna get as close as I can today and Will keep you posted!!
