Cheat days don't work for me. It just gives me crazy cravings for a few days after. I prefer to stick to eating healthy all days, but sometimes have a cheat meal, but not more often than once a week and even if it's a cheat meal I try to not eat too much.

Back and shoulders :)

I always crave something sweet if I have eaten a meal with a lot of carbs, especially the bad white carbs. Different things I do to fight it is : Chew gum, brush teeth, have a cup of tea, eat a couple of nuts, have some berries.
-
I usually work out twice a day. Try to make the workouts as different as possible. For example one cardio/endurance and one weight training.
-
Less carbs. NO pasta, white rice or white bread.
-
It can be done but how low do you want to go on the carbs?
-
Mix tuna with hot salsa and top with sour cream and grated cheese

Well it doesn't seem like much, when you calculate it like that. But it is a difference and if at 25 you weighed 130 pounds and ran 3 miles five times a week, at age 45, you'd need to run about 4.5 miles five times to maintain that weight and not diet. And I guess it is very individual, but I have seen a huge difference…

Ok, that's true.

The metabolism for a 44 year old and 19 year old is totally different, the age factor is extremely important when it comes to how much you can eat. There is no pint comparing yourself to other people, because there are so many factors that come into play when it comes to how much we can eat.
-
No, it doesn't work for everyone. For me it doesn't. it's great for those who can eat more and lose weight, I mean who doesn't want to eat a lot.?! But if it was that easy to lose weight for everyone, not many people would be overweight would they?

Prelogging helps me, then I can make adjustments when I need to BEFORE I had the food :) Also, if you DO eat something bad or too much , just leave it behind you and focus on what is coming next. Don't feel guilty, don't feel bad and don't feel like "there is no point in eating healthy today because I already messed up".…

I love lifting!! I never thought I would and i am so happy I tried it, now I can't imagine not doing it!
-
I practiced with the assisted pull up machine at the gym, negative pull ups and with resistance bands. Hard work and dedication will get you there!! Obviously general strength building of back, shoulders and arms is necessary too.

@Boxtko your profile pic doesn't make it easy....so I guess US

When I run I do not at the gym. i live in south Florida so it gets quite hot and running in t-shirt is just not comfortable.

Bump. I'm interested to hear more about this too!

Crossfit, HIIT, spinning where I really challenge myself, running up and down stairs (fast), weightlifting with jump rope, burpees and pushups in between sets. I weigh 128lbs.
-
122lbs, but now I am at 128 and have gained muscle so I don't really care about that goal anymore.
-
I set my goal for net 1200, but i don't always eat all my exercise calories back, I usually end up eating about 1600 calories a day. At my age now (i am 39) my metabolism has changed so much compared to just 5 -10 years ago. So I suggest you do what you feel is right for YOUR body, maybe you could try and eat some of your…
