Hi. I am 5'2" and just starting back working out. Plan to work out at least 5 times (3x with a trainer to keep me honest) a week and eat clean. I need to lose about 50 lbs. Please friend me if you have similar goals and we can support each other!

i just started this week. i tracked with my hrm today and i burned 238 calories in 55 minutes. that was more than i expected. i am loving it so far because i feel it compliments my other weight lifting workouts in the gym. i plan to see how it goes for the next 30 days. i hope to see progress by then even if it is just a…

I started July 5th and hope to go for 30 days. i am 4.5 days in. so far so good. friend me if you want to do this together.

I am 5'2". Trying to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year. On 1200 calories. Finding it hard to get motivated to go to the gym but not hard to watch calories. If you are at the same place and want to motivate each other -- add me!
