I'll be back on this board first thing tomorrow morning to post my "befores". For those of us kicking things off tomorrow (April 1), who's ready?!

Hi! How old is your baby? I have a 6-week-old baby boy. :)
-
Hi! I do a lot of walking/jogging for cardio, but I also like to mix it up with some kickboxing, dance workouts (a lot of people like Zumba, for example), or any sort of cardio-type workouts. I've heard that Bob Harper's workout DVDs are (or have been?) on sale for $5 each, and I know he has a lot of great workout variety,…

How do you feel today?

Good idea, a little warm-up walk to get your body prepared. Let us know how it works for you.

Jen, thank you for sharing your schedule, and starting this thread. This is perfect for everyone to share their individual approaches to 30DS, as I feel there is no "right" or "wrong" way to really go about it. Your schedule got me rethinking mine a little. I'd still love to get to all three levels within April, but with…

Not at all! By day 6, your muscles have become stronger and have adapted to those particular moves. On day 7 of level 1, you can try increasing the intensity of each move a bit to give your muscles a little more of a challenge.

I shared this info with the members of my 30DS Facebook group. I will be following this schedule: 2 days 30DS, 1 day running, 2 days 30DS, 1 day running, 1 day rest. 10 days per level. If any of you would like to also join the Facebook group, just follow this link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/274297462644287/

First, upload your photo to Photobucket or a similar photo sharing site. Copy the code to use on the site. Then, paste it into the forum. Before clicking post, you must change the IMG in the code to lower case img. Then it will post in the forums.

I finally made it back. What a day! Anyhow, thank you ALL for introducing yourselves, I'm so happy to meet all of you and I'm really excited to start this adventure together I plan to start 30DS with my husband on April 1st, probably going to do it 4-5 times a week, and adding in some jogging on the "off" days. I'm…

How are you feeling today? Funny enough, I'm in some ways looking forward to that post-day-one workout pain. It's been so long. [I just had a baby almost 6 weeks ago]
-
This certainly makes sense and would allow me to fit some running into my schedule on the non-30DS days. I may very well try this approach, or something close to it. Thank you for sharing!

I think the main aim of this group will be for support, motivation and accountability. No real competition to speak of, except to better ourselves along the way! Let's start out with a BEFORE post, for all before photos, measurements and weights. Great idea! I personally aim to complete 10 days of each level, all…

Awesome everyone! I will create the group today so we have time to get to know one another a little and those with experience (I've done it twice before -- and anyone who has already begun, like you steffihoney!) can offer advice, answer questions, etc. mjareo -- it is a different workout. Ripped in 30 is JM's newer…

Great job! Tomorrow will be Day 405 for me. :) For the past several weeks, I've been simply logging in, but not logging food intake or exercise, since a couple of months ago I found out we're expecting. However, I like to stay connected to all the friends I've made here and now that I'm entering my second trimester, and…

Thank you so much!! <3

Thank you!!! :)

Thank you so much!!! I'm so happy to have you as my FP friend, too! Ohh those prenatal vitamins -- I couldn't take them with my son, they literally made me throw up every time I took one. This time, they don't seem so bad, but they are HUGE. I don't always remember to take them, so I have to get better about taking them…

Leela, thank you!! And, thank you SO much for ALL your support along the way. It means a lot! :)

LoL! :-D

Thank you!!! I'm SO happy to have finally conceived -- my fiance and I've been trying for over 2 years (with 2 miscarriages along the way). I intend to stay healthy so this baby is healthy, too! :)
-
Thank you both!! With the nausea and exhaustion, especially in the first trimester, it's so easy just to use that as an excuse to sit, sleep and eat, for sure. I've noticed myself falling into that trap, and have decided to do something about it! :) I'm looking forward to a fit labor and delivery, too. I had an epidural…

Thank you!!! xoxox

If you read the article, it in fact ISN'T zero calories, it's 4 calories per packet -- they can get away with touting "zero calories" because of labeling laws. AND, it has sugar in it still (maltodextrin), so it's also not "sugar free" as they claim. The point of the article isn't so much the dangerous side effects of mass…
