Hey all, Rosa here! My goal is to have my weight go down consistently... I dont want to put an exact number on it. I always lose a pound then end up gaining 5, lol. If I could just get my weight to go down and stay on the decline (of course allowing the daily fluctuations) I would be very happy...lol

You can always walk around your neighborhood or get a small stepper, takes up just a little bit of space. Or try a workout video.

Well I don't count all the steps I take at work (to the bathroom, office down the hall, etc) but i do count when I have to cross from one end of the facility to another... (I work in a very large hospital and am constantly going to different floors and areas of the hospital) Should I not consider that in my exercise steps?…

Im not sure what you think I should do... Up the activity in my profile from sedentry to somewhat active? I usually stay between 8000-15000 steps a day.

Yea I definitely don't burn 1000 calories a day closer to 600 more or less. But I never make it to my calorie goal of 1600. I usually end my days at 1300. I am not a real big nut person but Ill give it a whirl. THANKS!!:smile:

uncharted01 I never really make it all the way up to 1600 calories, I try its just difficult to get all the way up there. I have even added an egg drink first thing in the morning to boost my calories. usually i level out around 1300-1400 calories. Hey all I am also having issues with eating back my calories. I have my goal set at 1600 calories a day. I need to lose close to 80lbs and i severly messed up my metabolism with starvation diets. I am trying to stick with the calories but I am finding it impossible to do unless I go back to eating unhealthy. For example,…
