Help! I need to get back into it!

I was doing well went from 61.8 kg to 56. But ever since I've come backfired from holidays and got back to collage I can't seem to eat right and keep up with stuff like gym and plus I've gain like 2/3kg!!. Can anyone give me some advise or some tips? Any good small gym equipment for days I can't go? Help please!

  • You can always walk around your neighborhood or get a small stepper, takes up just a little bit of space. Or try a workout video.
