I tried Fiber One Original Bran cereal for breakfast and added a handful of blueberries. I only eat 1/2 cup of cereal and 1/2 cup of milk. It's only 146 calories! It's very filling, but if you need yogurt or a cup of fruit midmorning, you're not going to be taking in too many calories!

I do great at running for about two weeks and then I take a week off because I "get-too-busy" how do you keep running a priority throughout your crazy busy lives?

I went way over on calories (like by 1,000) in one day. Is it okay to cut out an extra 200 calories every day the rest of the week to make up for it? Will it balance out my day over or do I need to stick with the plan and forget yesterday?
