Saturday Mar 23 I dance salsa for an hour. dance rehearsal for an upcoming show. I didn't have time for formal excercising, but I did make it a point to stay on my feet all day until dinner. I sat down to drive from place to place.

Yeah. I combat it by making good food readily accessible and bad food not so easy to get. I always indulge a little bit. When I try to deprive during my TOM, the beast takes over.. and nobody wants to see that I try not to beat myself up about it too much if I go over cals during my TOM, though. I just try not to go crazy…

One thing I have learned is that this is a lifestyle change. Its all about making realistic changes and finding something I enjoy doing so I stick with it. I started taking dance classes and that was it. I'm hooked!

Personally, I don't like gym behavior that interferes with my workout. I don't really notice anything else For example, there was this one girl that kept staring at me when I first started going to this gym. Ive also heard that if you use a plastic knife instead of a metal one, it doesn't turn brown as fast. Ive never actually tried this technique, though

at 5'5" my heaviest was 187. I am currently 170. Myu next mini goal is to be 150 but the end of summer. I'm 34 now so its not as easy to lose it as it was in my twenties... My Ultimate Goal Weight is 135 (with 20% body fat) and stay there.
