Not at my goal.... YET

Exercise suggestions please.
Its raining out and I am not looking forward sitting in rainy day rush hour traffic. Instead I'm going to the gym for a bonus workout. Yesterday I did the hip adduction & abduction machines, the chest press, and the tricep push down machine. but I don't know what to do today. What do you machines do you use at the gym?

Stretching before or after?
I'm confused. I warm up on the treadmill for a little bit before I workout. Should I stretch before the warm up, after the warm up, or after the entire workout?

The latest in Salad wear?
I absolutely love salads, lettuce especially. However, now that I'm trying to eat healthier, I'm looking for a better way to dress it. Right now I use olive oil, salt and apple cider vinegar. It tastes great but its high in fat and calories. Do you know of a better option? I have no allergies and I'm always willing to try…
