Its raining out and I am not looking forward sitting in rainy day rush hour traffic. Instead I'm going to the gym for a bonus workout.

Yesterday I did the hip adduction & abduction machines, the chest press, and the tricep push down machine. but I don't know what to do today.

What do you machines do you use at the gym?

I love (and by love I mean I love the results from) the glute press and leg press. And heavy as I can manage.

Be adventurous and try some free weights or body weight exercises.

Machines are great for targeting/isolating parts of a muscle, however - they don't target nearly as many muscle fibers as free weights. Injuries from muscle imbalances can happen if you use machines too much for weight training.

Here are a few ideas for compound free weight/body weight exercises: http://www.livestrong.com/article/256699-full-body-compound-exercises-for-women/
