Just done day 5 of Level 2 It's getting a little easier but still pretty tough going!
-
Nope, wasn't me!
-
Just been for a swim and taking the dog for a long walk later so might take today as a rest from 30DS - will see how I feel this evening. I'm finding level 2 tough on my shoulders but loving the variety of ab work in it.
-
Most people seem to log it as circuit training - general under cardio
-
Only just found this group - today was day 4 of level 2 for me and I'm doing it 4-5 days a week.
-
1-4 pounds - usually round about 2
-
So many! Just had a delivery from teapigs with all sorts of exciting stuff in. My favourite discovery in there is their Chai - I adore it, the cinnamon, cardamom and other spices are just incredible :)
-
non-scale victory and congratulations OP - awesome NSV :D
-
Why not just set it as sedentary and then log all your other activity under exercise?

Level 2, Day 3 It's getting a little easier but still really tough. At work for 16 hours tomorrow so taking it as a rest day...hope it won't be too hard when I get back on it on Friday!
-
I started on Jan 1st and have lost 22lb so far. I lost 14lb in January then slowed down in Feb and got stuck for a couple of weeks which was really demoralising but it's started to drop off again now so I feel like I'm back on track :)
-
Good luck - let us know how you find it!
-
Wow...Level 2 is tough!!!
-
I started at 237lb on Jan 1st and had lost 20lb by March 3rd but 14lb of that happened during January. In February I only lost 5lb.
-
Congratulations - I reached that milestone a few days ago and was so excited to get there so I totally know where you're coming from :)
-
I've just done day 10 of Level One and worked out harder than I've ever done before as I was determined to make my last day a good one. Still had to do modified push ups but really gave it my all on everything else. A bit nervous about Level 2 tomorrow as I've heard it's much harder :/
-
Should be fixed hopefully :)
-
Just change the IMG to img

After getting stuck around 219 pounds for a couple of weeks, I've finally hit 215.8 and met my second goal and have also lost one and a half stone...so excited :) I'd love to be under 200 by my birthday (May 13th) and am hoping that's possible but realistically, as long as I hit goal 3 by then I'll be happy...I know this…
-
I've just done day 9 too...feeling a bit apprehensive about moving up to level 2 next week! Tonight was the first time I didn't struggle with the bicycle crunches so I'm really pleased with that :)
-
I marinated a chicken breast for dinner tonight...did it in a spice mix of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, ginger, curry powder and asafoetida along with a tiny bit of olive oil, some lemon juice and a little peanut butter. Dry fried and served with cous cous....really yummy supper :)
-
Congratulations - I can't wait to get there! Started at 237 and now at 218
-
I agree! I usually roast them with garlic, caraway seeds and a tiny drizzle of balsamic vinegar
-
Exactly the same for me with the same goal...I'll re-evaluate when I get closer
-
Same here...I was an 18/20, now comfortably size 18. I was a 14 at uni so would like to get back to that and then aim for a 12 to see how that goes. I'm with you on the wide hips thing though, anything smaller than a 12 definitely won't work
-
I lost 14lb in january (my first month) and then 5lb in february...not much to go on as it's only two months so I'll be interested to see what others say (I started at 237lb by the way)
-
I've been recording 30 Day Shred as circuit training as that's what most other people seem to have been doing.
-
Well done for signing up: you'll love it I'm sure! I'm 219lb (started at 237 when I joined on Jan 1st) Have sent you a friend request
-
I've just done day 7 of level 1 - just watching level 2 through to get a feel for it as I'll be moving on later in the week. Anyone is welcome to add me and we can encourage eachother through it. I'm aiming to do it 4-5 days a week.
-
Feel free to add me - I've been here since Jan 1st and have logged on every day since then :)
