New Year, New Start: Mini-goals
Hi all, Exactly three years ago I joined MFP and over the course of 19 months I lost 5 stone (70 pounds). Since then, I've let myself go and got back into all my old habits. That means I've put back on almost 3.5 stone :( Anyway, 2015 is a new year and I'm absolutely determined that I can and WILL stick at this. I turn 30…

NSV - Swimming
Having not done any swimming for about 18 months, I've just logged this morning's swim and have done 450 lengths (25m pool) since Jan 26th - that's 11.25km or 7 miles :) Now in training for a half mile race in the Irish Sea in May, the distance isn't too much of a problem (32 lengths) - it's just very, very cold and choppy…
