New Year, New Start: Mini-goals

Hi all,
Exactly three years ago I joined MFP and over the course of 19 months I lost 5 stone (70 pounds). Since then, I've let myself go and got back into all my old habits. That means I've put back on almost 3.5 stone
Anyway, 2015 is a new year and I'm absolutely determined that I can and WILL stick at this. I turn 30 in May and to mark that, my brother and I are going to cycle coast to coast across England in two days - I'm not good at going uphill, but I know that the more weight I lose, the easier it will be to drag myself up some of those horrible climbs that I'm absolutely dreading!
I've decided to set myself a series of mini-goals at key points in my weight loss journey to keep me motivated and I thought other people might like to do the same and we could all support each other and keep on track through this thread.
Feel free to join and to add me as a friend if you like.

So here goes:
SW 213 1st Jan
Goal 1 199 1 stone lost

Goal 3 185 2 stone lost/BMI down to overweight not obese
Goal 4 181.5 Half-way
Goal 5 178 2.5 stone lost
Goal 6 171 3 stone lost
Goal 7 163 (This was my lowest weight during University - there's a photo of me at this weight that I'm using as my motivation.)
Goal 8 157 4 stone lost
Goal 9 154 BMI down to normal
Goal 10 150 Target weight
