Hi all,
I've been using MFP since Jan 1st and have lost 17 pounds so far. I've decided to set myself a series of mini-goals at key points in my weight loss journey and thought other people might like to do the same and we could all support each other and keep on track through this thread.

SW 237 1st Jan
Goal 1 223 Achieved 1st Feb (1 stone lost)
Goal 2 217 (20 lb lost)
Goal 3 209 (2 stone lost)
Goal 4 199 (Under 200)
Goal 5 195 (3 stone lost)
Goal 6 185 (BMI down to overweight not obese)
Goal 7 181 (4 stone lost)
Goal 8 167 (5 stone lost)
Goal 9 163 (This was my lowest weight during University - there's a photo of me at this
weight that I'm using as my motivation.)
Goal 10 154 (BMI down to normal)
Goal 11 153 (6 stone lost)
Goal 12 150 (Nice round number to aim for!)
After 150lb I'll see how I feel and whether I'm happy to maintain that or want to lose a little more. (I'm 5'6 and 26 years old for anyone who's interested)

Welcome and good luck hitting those goals! MFP has completely changed things for me, it's hard work but the weight is coming off bit by bit so I'm getting there0

After getting stuck around 219 pounds for a couple of weeks, I've finally hit 215.8 and met my second goal and have also lost one and a half stone...so excited
I'd love to be under 200 by my birthday (May 13th) and am hoping that's possible but realistically, as long as I hit goal 3 by then I'll be happy...I know this whole journey needs to be a slow and steady one if I'm going to have any hope of maintaining my goal weight.
