  • I found out 3 years ago that i have PCOS I have been struggling with my weight. I lost 25lbs 3 years ago but then i just gained it back and even more. Now i am just trying to take it one day at a time.

  • I had a great work out with my mom today. I did an hour of swimming and well I swimming. she rode the bike. It was a great way to spend and after noon. WOOT WOOT for Exercise

  • Well today was a bad day. I have been doing so good since i started. I work out at least 3 days a week and im started swimming a few times a week as well. But today was just a bad day. I over ate and i didnt excerise. But its back on the horse again tomorrow and back at it. I just needed to get that out.

  • MTGirl I use activa, peach or strawberry yogurt. so it gives some good taste.
  • The smoothies I make are 1 Cup of Europes Best Frozen Fruit (any kind of fruit mix) 1 Activa Yogurt About 1/3 cup milk (1%) About 1 tbsp of tofu. Its a great way to start the morning.
