I work about 5 minutes from a park so on my lunch hour, I walk the park for 30 minutes, eat, and drive back. I try to do this about 3 times a week. It is also refreshing to get out of the office, put on the head phones, and relax!!!

That is exactly what I want! MFP has me at 1650 calories a day. I have been eating around 1200. I do not eat my calories back from my exercise. Although I do weigh everyday, my logging weight is always Tuesday morning..except this past week. Whatever I weigh, I log it.

Buy a pair of pants or a dress one size smaller than you actually are. Everytime you think about giving up, go to your closet and put it on. This keeps me motivated. Once I can fit into the pants, I go buy one size smaller again! Helps keep the focus...Good luck!
