Fab thanks, I also do some dumb bell exercises and other *stuff* so will lump it all in together and log it.

I'm in! Only girly ones though :) I started yesterday with three sets of 10 - are they worth anything so far as exercise goes, I couldn't find them listed and didn't want to make something up lol

I'm loving this. Thinking about portion size especially is great. It doesn't always stop me eating the rubbish/junk food but when I do I'm actually weighing my food and try to restrict myself to only one serving. My food diary does make me cringe sometimes but it's early days yet. :)

I don't have scales - I use my MILs set and visit her regularly but will also take measurements as well. I won't lie but I might not post is things go pear shaped! ;)
